The story of princely struggles like ‘Bahubali’ is full of characters, although the film is based on Arulmozhi Varman, the prince of the Chola Empire. Director Mani Ratnam has created a story from a thousand years ago based on his new film. Nothing has been publicized by the cast of the film or the people associated with it, but still the film has earned a decent amount of money.
Mani Ratnam’s cinema is a different feel and A R Rahman’s music adds to the charm. The film does not let you get bored from beginning to end, in this the characters of the story bind the audience with them. If you know even a little bit about the Chola Empire then you will love the film. The director has presented the story well, the film’s climax, background music, screenplay, actors’ acting everything is perfect.
The movie does not give much information about the cause of the war and against which the war is being fought, in the second part it can be shown that the battle scenes are quite impressive, the VFX, animation is well managed. This movie never bore you, the fight scene in the sea at the end is amazing. Seeing Aishwarya floating in the role of Mouni Rani is a different feeling, her beauty and her love for nature attracts the audience.
A lot of visual effects have been used to make the film grand and show the Chola Empire, according to this the budget of this film is also 500 crores. Cinematographer Ravi Varman manages to take the world back a thousand years through his camera. Overall, the cinematography, direction, VFX, characters and background music of the film are good, which makes the film strong.
