Activate PhonePe UPI using Aadhar card OTP: When UPI was newly launched, UPI activation required the establishment of a user’s UPI PIN along with a valid debit card. How to activate Phone Pe UPI using Aadhar card
- Step 1: Open PhonePe app on your mobile.
- Step 2: Go to the PhonePe profile page.
- Step 3: Under the Payment Tools tab, tap the Add Bank Account button.
- Step 4: Select your bank then verify mobile number using OTP authentication.
- Step 5: PhonePe will get the bank account details and link them with UPI.
- Step 6: Now, an option to choose between Debit card and Aadhaar card details will appear to set the UPI PIN.
- Step 7: Enter the last six digits of the Aadhaar number.
- Step 8: An OTP will be sent to the Aadhaar registered mobile number.
- Step 9: Enter the OTP received and set the UPI PIN.
- Step 10: Now your PhonePe UPI is activated and ready to make payment.
